One sheet versus twelve pages
A yearly calendar printable is a year at a glance. The 12-up layout places January through December on a single Letter or A4 page. Day numbers stay small. The point is to see school terms, travel months, or a project span without flipping paper. It is not a writing calendar. If you need room inside each day, print the twelve-page version instead.
The twelve-page layout uses the same monthly engine twelve times. One browser print dialog can send all twelve sheets. That is the format to use when you want a wall stack for the year and still want large cells.
Sunday start and Monday start both apply to every mini month on the 12-up sheet, so the year stays consistent. Landscape paper gives each mini month a little more width. Ink-saver gray keeps a year poster from flooding a toner cartridge.
An academic overview is a different year: August through July. A fiscal grid on this site follows January through December and only changes the label. Pick those types when the span of the year matters more than a January title.
Print the 12-up sheet at 100 percent. If the smallest day numbers look faint, switch to high contrast before you print. Holiday marks on a 12-up page are tiny; they are clearer on the twelve-page layout.
