What this printable calendar is for

A printable calendar is a paper grid you can hang, clip to a fridge, or slide under a desk blotter. This site builds that grid in the browser. You choose the year, the month or week, the paper size, and which weekday sits in the first column. Sunday and Monday are common. Tuesday through Saturday are here for a payday week, a Friday-to-Thursday shift, or a household that starts the wall on Saturday.

The generator is not limited to one 7-by-5 month. A yearly layout puts twelve months on a single page. A weekly layout can run as columns, stacked days, or hourly slots with a range you set. A meal week, a habit month, a one-day planner, a Monday–Friday workweek, a lesson plan, and a site log are separate layouts, not recolors of the same grid. Blank undated templates leave the numbers off so you can reuse the same sheet.

Printing uses the browser dialog. Choose “Save as PDF” if you want a file, or send the job to a printer. The print style hides the site header and the controls and keeps the calendar. Use actual size, not “fit to page,” if your printer crops Saturday. The print guide walks through margins on Letter and A4.

U.S. holidays are optional. When they are on, the template marks common civil dates for the selected year. Those marks are approximate. They are not a payroll calendar and not a church calendar.

How do I print or save a PDF?

Set the year and layout, then choose Print / Save as PDF. In the browser dialog pick your printer or “Save as PDF.” Hide headers and footers if the browser adds a URL line.

Which day can the week start on?

Any weekday. Sunday and Monday are the usual U.S. and office choices. Tuesday through Saturday are in the same list, labeled Week starts on.

What paper sizes are supported?

Letter (8.5×11 inches) is the default. A4 is the second option. Portrait and landscape are both available.

Can I print a whole year?

Yes. Use Yearly, 12-up for one sheet, or Yearly, twelve pages to print one month per page. The year tool also builds all twelve months from a year picker.

Are the holidays official?

No. Holiday marks are optional and approximate U.S. civil dates. They are not legal advice and not a liturgical calendar.

Will Saturday get cut off?

The month grid always uses six rows, so the last weekday column stays on the sheet. If a printer still crops, set the scale to 100 percent and see the print guide.

Can I add my own events?

Yes. The optional event rows take a day number and a short label. Up to six labels print inside that month’s cells.

Is this a download of Word files?

No. The template is generated on this page. You print it or save a PDF from the browser. There is no Word document pack.
