Five habits · one month

Free Printable Habit Tracker

A free printable habit tracker is a month of empty boxes, not a scored challenge. Name up to five habits in the form. Each date in the selected month gets a square you mark by hand.

A month you can tick, not an app streak

A printable habit tracker keeps the record on paper. The rows are habits you name. The columns are the days of the month you selected, including a leap-year 29. There is no streak counter and no percentage. The page only prints the grid.

Landscape Letter gives the day numbers room. If a 31-day month looks tight, switch to landscape A4 or print in high contrast. Ink-saver gray still leaves the boxes readable.

This layout does not start the week on a weekday because it is not a seven-column calendar. The week-start control still matters if you switch back to a monthly grid on the same form.

Use a monthly wall calendar beside the tracker if you also need appointments. The tracker is for repeating marks: walk, read, water, practice. Keep habit names short so they fit the first column.

Remember this setup on this device if you reprint the same five names next month. The names stay in this browser only.

How many habits can I print?

Five rows. Leave a name blank and the page labels that row Habit 1 through Habit 5.

Does February include the 29th?

In a leap year, yes. In a common year the last column is the 28th.

Is this a scored challenge?

No. The boxes are empty. You mark them. The page does not compute a streak.
